从以上的link看，有high risk的最好买comprehensive plan, 以防看病多，
自己要掏很多钱。这种plan, 一般premium要一个月$160-200。自己负责
交$250 的deductible以后，只需再交20%的co-pay，直到交了$1000.
再多的费用，insurance都包了。还有一个好处是，可以看in-network 的
PPO provider. 这些地方对自己的member会有更优惠的收费标准。还有
一些和travel 有关的项目，也可能包。

Low risk 的则可以买fixed coverage plan, 基本上是不打算去看病的那种。
不过，万一真有emergency, 这种plan 负责的很少。比如，去一次
emergency room, fixed coverage plan 一般只掏 ~$300. 还有，这种
plan 一般没有PPO, 收费可能会更高一些，而且很可能不帮助你file claim。　
所以，一次emergency room 下来，可能已经比comprehensive plan
交得还多了。

不过，这些plan 都不管pre-existing condition. 所以，也就是出了意外事故
时有用。
