hehe,这个题目取的有点取巧,实际应该是:占用你的时间是30分钟,而不是从头到尾一共30分钟.

我生长在北方,虽然我的胃不反对一直吃米饭,不过舌头会提意见.于是,就开始自己蒸馒头.方法是:

1.和面(15分钟.新手可能要25~30分钟).取costco买的dry yeast,用温水化开(这里温水是手摸上去不太凉.切忌用热水,或者把yeast放在微波炉里加热,都会导致yeast失效). Continue reading 30分钟蒸馒头…

我去年和fufu兄交换过一些email,对一个中文论坛类网站的发展谈了一些想法.现在把后来的新想法写出来,看看有没有人有兴趣.

我之所以对这个小站有兴趣,主要是觉得这个站比别的BBS更有用.但是这是目前的状况,对于未来,我想最大的可能有两个:

1.不能积累人气,没有足够的收入,现有的朋友热情耗尽.本站消失.

2.迅速积累人气,无数人注册企图获利,成为另外一个灌水乐园.

两者都不是我想看到的,所以我想找出第三条道路:既有人气,又有用.方法是:
